Steph leads cross-functional teams to build secure, least-privilege cloud architectures, automated CI/CD, and data-first products. She brings hands-on engineering, product strategy, and ethical governance to every engagement — from rapid pilots that deliver immediate ROI to long-term platforms that scale across sites.
A Microsoft AI & Data Platform MVP from 2016 to 2021, Steph is a recognised leader in data, AI, and responsible technology. She is the author of Data Manipulation in R and Working with R (Locke Data), and co-author of Tribal SQL (Redgate). She has organised communities including SatRdays (global coordinator), CaRdiff R, SQL Cardiff, and diff.Net, and has served as a Non-Executive Director of the SQL Saturday Foundation.
